Automatic Coding Robot for Billets, Slabs and Coils | Packway, Shenzhen, China
Packway's Automatic Coding Robot for Billets, Slabs and Coils is a marking workstation that puts identification information on square billets, round billets, slabs, hot-rolled coils and cold-rolled coils. The marks let each product be recognised as it moves between processes, so quality problems can be traced back.
It is offered with laser, ink or aluminium wire marking, and can work at normal or high temperatures. A character recognition tracking system can be added. Laser marking on a white primer is the recommended option, as it keeps consumable costs low.
