Packway's DGR-IV(Q) Automatic Pneumatic Steel Strapping Head applies steel belt around heavy metal loads and fastens it with a stamped buckle. It is a strapping head intended to be built into coil packing lines and other heavy-duty bundling systems.

Each strap takes 9.8 seconds, with tension adjustable up to 20,000 N. The joint reaches approximately 75% of the strength of the original belt, and the head is built to work in high, normal and low temperatures.
