Servosteel's C, Sigma and Omega Profile Roll Forming Line produces C, Sigma and Omega sections, the load-bearing members used in light steel structures, on a single line. Adjustable roll groups and a recipe system let operators change between sizes quickly.

Profile dimensions and thickness are defined by the project, and the roll tooling is designed to the customer's drawing. Bolt holes and service holes are punched in-line to the project's pattern, and the line cuts on the move with a flying shear.
