About Servosteel
Servosteel was founded in Istanbul by a group of young engineers and has more than ten years of experience. It started with press feeding equipment, such as decoilers, straighteners and servo feeders. It then added slitting and cut-to-length lines, and later complete roll forming lines. Its factory is in Sancaktepe, on the Asian side of Istanbul. A team of more than 27 people covers mechanical design, automation and production, and Servosteel lines now run in more than 48 countries on four continents.
Its roll forming lines focus on industrial and infrastructure profiles rather than standard roof sheet. They include solar C-profile lines for photovoltaic mounting structures, cable tray lines, storage rack lines, scaffolding plank lines, highway guardrail lines, noise barrier panel lines, and C+, sigma and omega profile lines. It also builds trapezoidal sheet and facade panel lines, and custom lines to the customer’s profile drawing.
For coil processing, Servosteel builds slitting lines for coils of 1,500 to 15,000 kg and material from 0.5 to 5 mm thick. Its cut-to-length lines run straightening, servo feeding and shearing from a single control. Its press feeding range includes hydraulic decoilers (6 to 20 tonnes), mechanical decoilers (500 to 4,000 kg), servo feeders, straightener feeders, compact lines and automatic stackers. Each project starts with a consultation and an engineering quote with drawings, capacity calculations and lead time. Servosteel then builds and tests the line in-house, and installs it, commissions it and trains the operators on site.
