Servosteel's Cable Tray Roll Forming Line produces perforated and plain cable trays from coil to stacked finished product. Decoiler, straightener, servo feeder, punching, roll forming and cutting are run from a single PLC.

Punching is done in line, so ventilation slots and coupler holes need no separate operation. The cut is timed to the perforation pattern, so each tray ends with the same solid margin and coupler hole position, and sections bolt together consistently along a run.
