The EZHONG EZW43B-10x3000 is a thirteen-roll precision levelling machine for thin plate up to 10 mm thick and 3,000 mm wide. How It Levels

• The plate goes through a series of alternating bends as it passes between the upper and lower rolls
• At the second roll, around 60% of the plate thickness is bent into the plastic range
• Each following roll bends the plate a little less, until the final bend is purely elastic and the plate leaves flat
• This linearly decreasing reduction follows the natural behaviour of steel plate, giving high accuracy with less total deformation, lower levelling force and lower power use
