The EZHONG EZW43B-8x1500 is a fifteen-roll CNC precision levelling machine built for high-strength and ultra-high-strength plate, rated for steels with a yield strength up to 1,600 MPa and widths up to 1,500 mm. Two EZHONG patents set it apart: an individual roll drive that removes interference and negative torque between rolls, and a variable roll-count system that lets the machine use between n and n+2 rolls, so one machine can level a wide range from thin to thicker plate. With mechanical-hydraulic reduction, a closed frame and EZHONG's own CNC software, it achieves a flatness of 1.0 mm/m² at 6 m/min.

Two Patented Technologies

• Individual roll drive (Patent No. 99 2 37340.9): Main drives are powered by separate motor-reducers, avoiding mechanical interference and negative torque between plate and rolls. This extends roll life, protects the roll surface, and allows medium and heavy plate to be levelled with a linearly decreasing reduction, lowering levelling force and power use
• Variable roll count (Patent No. 03 1 01384.8): The number of rolls working on the plate can be changed between n+2 and n, widening the thickness range one machine can handle and suiting non-parallel levelling from thin to thick plate
