The EZHONG EZW43T-40x3000 is a nine-roll plate levelling machine for medium and heavy plate up to 40 mm thick and 3,000 mm wide, with particular strength in clad (composite) plate. Clad plate, such as stainless steel bonded to carbon steel, combines the corrosion and wear resistance of the cladding with the strength and weldability of the base steel, but it's prone to stress concentration and large distortion during manufacture. EZHONG's patented individual roll drive and adjustable side rolls address exactly that, levelling the plate with less total deformation and protecting its surface. The machine achieves a flatness of 1.0–1.5 mm/m² at up to 5 m/min.

Why Individual Roll Drive Matters

• On conventional levellers, rolls driven together can fight each other, creating mechanical interference and negative torque
• With each roll driven separately, that interference is eliminated, extending roll life and protecting the plate surface, which is critical for clad and stainless plate
