The EZHONG EZW43T-80x3000 is a heavy-duty seven-roll plate levelling machine for flattening and stress-relieving plate up to 80 mm thick and 3,000 mm wide. As the plate passes through a series of alternating bends, a PLC precisely controls how far each roll presses down, removing internal stresses and correcting uneven flatness across the whole plate. The operator enters plate thickness, width and material strength (or recalls a saved recipe), and the machine calculates and sets the roll gaps automatically. It achieves a flatness of 1.0–1.5 mm/m² at up to 6 m/min, run by a single operator.

How It Works

• The plate passes between upper and lower rolls and is bent back and forth in decreasing amounts
