EZHONG EZW43T-80x3000 Hot Plate Leveller – Levelling Heavy Plate After Heat Treatment

The EZHONG EZW43T-80x3000 is a heavy plate leveller for steel mills and plate processors, designed to flatten plate up to 80 mm thick and 3,000 mm wide after heat treatment. Plates that have been quenched and tempered, hot rolled or cooled unevenly develop shape defects such as cross-bow, longitudinal waves and edge or centre waves. Levelling the plate while it's still hot corrects these defects and reduces internal stresses at the same time, producing flat plate ready for cutting and fabrication. The machine levels to a flatness of 1.0–1.5 mm/m² at speeds up to 6 m/min.
