The FHA Drip Edge Roll Forming Machine is a fully automated production line designed to continuously form coil metal into the standard FHA (Federal Housing Administration) drip edge profile used in residential and commercial roofing. The system uncoils, feeds, roll forms, and cuts-to-length in a single continuous pass, producing a consistent, straight, and burr-free drip edge profile ready for packaging or direct shipment.

3. Machine Construction


 

3.1 Frame

  • Heavy-duty welded steel frame, stress-relieved and precision CNC-machined
  • Frame thickness: typically 16–20 mm steel plate
  • Surface treatment: sandblasted and painted (anti-rust primer + finish coat)
