EZHONG J58SZ Servo Direct Drive Screw Press Series – Forging Presses from 1,600 to 40,000 kN

The EZHONG J58SZ series is a range of servo direct-drive screw presses for hot and warm forging, with nominal forces from 1,600 kN to 40,000 kN (roughly 160 to 4,000 tonnes). A permanent-magnet synchronous servo motor drives the screw directly, with no gearbox, belts or friction discs in between, and the screw's rotation is converted into the up-and-down stroke of the ram. Removing the intermediate transmission cuts energy losses, wear parts and maintenance, while closed-loop control gives precise, repeatable blow energy. The presses handle die forging, edge trimming and straightening, backed by EZHONG's decades of experience building forging equipment.

How It Works
