Servosteel's Noise Barrier Roll Forming Line with Perforation produces the aluminium or steel cassette profiles used in noise barriers along highways and railways. Perforated front (absorber) panels and closed back panels are made on the same line platform.

Perforation is built into the line or done before feeding, and the hole pattern is positioned relative to the finished profile so the bend zones stay solid. Aluminium and steel are run from stored recipes, and roll tooling is designed to the customer's drawing.
