Packway's Pneumatic Sealing Steel Strapping Machine Head applies steel strap to heavy metal products and fixes each strap with a sealed buckle joint. It is designed for bundles such as hot-rolled coils and plates, cold-rolled coils, steel ingots and super heavy pipe piles.

Tensioning, strap braking, pinch rolling and buckle pressing and feeding are all driven by pneumatic cylinders, while electric motors handle strap feeding and logic. One strap takes about 9.8 s to complete, and the tension is adjustable up to 20,000 N.
