Servosteel's Solar C-Profile Roll Forming Line produces hat, C and Omega profiles for solar power plant mounting structures directly from coil. Mounting holes are punched in-line, so the profiles reach site ready to install without drilling.

The line is built for coated material such as hot-dip galvanised and Magnelis steel, with roll surfaces and pressures set to protect the coating. Roll tooling is designed to the customer's profile drawing, and hole patterns and lengths are changed as recipes on the touchscreen.
