Servosteel's Storage Rack Roll Forming Line produces the load-bearing uprights and beams used in warehouse pallet racking. Multi-row connector holes are punched in-line by servo punches before the strip is formed.

The line is built for thick material and for keeping hole positions repeatable over long profiles. Servo feeding with encoder measurement references each hole to the whole run rather than to the previous hole. Roll tooling is designed to the customer's drawing, and the hole pattern can be tooled to match an existing rack system from a sample or drawing.
