EZHONG XW11G Pipeline Plate Rolling Machine Series – 12 m Pipe Forming for Oil and Gas Line Pipe

The EZHONG XW11G series is built for manufacturers of longitudinal welded steel pipe for oil and gas pipelines. The machines roll full 12,000 mm plates, from 16 to 40 mm thick, into small and large diameter thick-walled pipe in a single operation. An anti-deflection upper roll keeps long, thick plates straight even at small diameters, a feeding device stops the plate running off-line, and finished pipes are discharged automatically from inside the frame. With CNC control and one operator, it offers a simpler alternative to multi-step JCO forming and can sit at the heart of a complete welded pipe line.
