About Faccin Group
Faccin Group brings together three long-established metal forming brands, each with its own identity. Boldrini has made machines continuously since 1905. Roundo was founded in Sweden in 1964. Faccin has been a leader in bending machines for around five decades. Together they have installed more than 33,000 machines, and the group sells in more than 150 countries through its own offices, including branches in the USA and Germany, and through dealers and partners.
Each brand covers a different part of metal forming. Faccin builds plate rolls, angle rolls and special bending machines, from workshop sizes up to very heavy plate for wind towers and pressure vessels. Boldrini builds hydraulic dished end presses and flanging machines, which form the domed ends of tanks and pressure vessels, as well as complete dished head lines. Roundo builds profile and section bending rolls for beams, angles, tubes and other sections.
The group says it runs one of the largest production plants in the world for metal bending machines, with all manufacturing done in-house.
