About Hidrogarne
Hidrogarne, S.L.U. has built presses for the metalworking industry since 1987. It first supplied machines to customers in Spain, then grew into other European countries, and it now exports to more than 20 countries. In 2015 it moved into a new 6,000 square metre headquarters on the N-II road at Bellpuig, in the province of Lleida in Catalonia.
Hydraulic presses are the core of the business. Hidrogarne builds a standard range and also designs presses to each customer’s needs, with the tonnage, table size and stroke set for the job. It also builds mechanical presses to the customer’s capacity and size, and insertion presses for fitting nuts, studs and other fasteners into sheet metal parts.
Hidrogarne handles each project in-house, from design and development to delivery, with its own R&D department and quality checks. Its machines use electrical and hydraulic components from European brands and meet current safety rules. A 2,500 square metre permanent showroom lets buyers see presses before they order. Hidrogarne installs and commissions machines on site and gives free technical support by phone. It is also building a network of distributors around the world.
