Servosteel's Guardrail Roll Forming Line produces W-beam (two-wave) and three-wave guardrail profiles from thick galvanised sheet. These are the crash barrier beams fitted along highways and other roads.

The line is built for heavy material, with a rigid frame and strong drive. Connection holes are punched while the strip is still flat, and hole positions and cut lengths are controlled by servo. Roll tooling is designed to the customer's drawing, with barrier geometry aimed at EN 1317 systems.
