Dah-Lian suits screw, bolt and specialty fastener manufacturers that want proven Taiwanese machinery, from a single cold header to a complete production line. Taiwan is one of the world's largest fastener exporters, and Dah-Lian's 45-year history and installed base of more than 4,500 machines make it a lower-risk choice for buyers who value reliability. It's a strong fit for makers of SEMS screws (screws with pre-assembled washers), since it builds dedicated SEMS assembly machines. Manufacturers that also want tooling or contract-made fasteners can source those here too.

Full Description
Dah-Lian Machine was founded in 1979 in Changhua County, central Taiwan, a region at the heart of the island's fastener industry. It specialises in machinery for producing screws, bolts and other fasteners, and has sold more than 4,500 machines worldwide.
Its range covers the main steps of fastener production. Cold heading machines form the head of a screw or bolt from wire, and bolt and parts formers carry out several forming operations in sequence for bolts and more complex cold-forged parts. Thread rolling machines, in both flat die and cylindrical die versions, then roll the thread. For SEMS screws, which come with a washer pre-fitted, Dah-Lian builds dedicated assembly machines that place the washer on the blank before threading.
Dah-Lian also supplies tooling for its machines and makes fasteners itself, including cold forged and hot forged parts and CNC-turned components. That makes it a possible source of finished parts as well as machinery.
The company says its goal is economical, efficient production, and it builds its machines to CE standards with strict quality control.
