TOMAC Toptran Machinery | Coil Processing Lines, Taiwan
TOMAC Toptran, Taiwan: manufacturer of servo straightener feeders, slitting lines, cut-to-length and rotary shear lines for steel and aluminium coil.
TOMAC Toptran Machinery Co., Ltd.
Type: Manufacturer of coil processing and press feeding equipment
Headquarters: No. 4, Tong-Chang Lane, De-Ming Rd., Gui-Shan District, Taoyuan City 333, Taiwan
TOMAC Toptran suits stampers, coil service centers and sheet metal processors that need a complete coil line from one manufacturer, not a feeder from one supplier and a leveler from another. It's especially relevant for buyers who want CE-certified equipment at Asian manufacturing costs. It also suits operations running a wide spread of materials, from thin precision strip to thick, wide steel and aluminium coil. Because every line is built to order, it fits buyers with a defined application more than those looking for an off-the-shelf machine next week.
Product Details
Press Feeding & Coil Handling Systems
Servo straightener feeders, NC roll feeders, precision straighteners, compact 3-in-1 lines (uncoiler, straightener and feeder), heavy-duty uncoilers and auto-loading feeders. These handle coils from narrow to extra wide and from thin to thick.
Cut-to-Length Systems
Lines that combine coil tension control, roll leveling, feeding and shearing to produce flat, accurately sized sheet and blanks.
Rotary Shear Lines
Continuous cutting lines for high-throughput sheet production.
Slitting Line Systems
Lines for stainless steel, aluminium, hot-rolled, cold-rolled and surface-treated coil, with recoiling functions.
Leveling Machines
Precision levelers for flattening strip and sheet.
Finishing & Packing Lines
Polishing lines, coil packing lines and sheet packing lines to finish and package output automatically.

Full Description
TOMAC Toptran Machinery is a Taiwanese manufacturer of coil processing equipment. Founded in 1997 through technical collaboration with Japanese partners, it first built servo straightener feeders for the metal stamping industry. Over the following two decades it grew into a full-line builder. Precision straighteners and compact 3-in-1 lines came in the early 2000s, NC roll feeders and high-speed straighteners around 2007 to 2008, and slitting lines and heavy-duty uncoilers from 2009. Recoiling and auto-loading feeder technology followed in the mid-2010s.
Today the company runs three factories. The Taiwan headquarters covers 8,000 m², while its plants in Ningbo (12,000 m²) and Huai'an (45,000 m²) in China supply capacity for large lines. TOMAC positions itself as the biggest designer and builder of coil processing lines in the Asia-Pacific region. It also highlights European control systems on its coil handling equipment as a point of difference from other Asian builders.
Quality credentials are a strong point. TOMAC has held TÜV-certified ISO 9001 since 2002 and the TÜV CE mark since 2001, with CE compliance updated in 2010 and 2016. This matters for buyers exporting into Europe or working to strict safety standards. The company says it reinvests about a fifth of its revenue in R&D, and it designs lines with the customer's engineering team involved in technical discussions.
TOMAC equipment serves automotive, aerospace, coil service centers, building products, blanking, electronics and communications, motor manufacturing and precision industries such as watchmaking.
