Full Description

Doğaner Makine began in 1990 in Istanbul, making hydraulic and pneumatic presses, cutting moulds and spare parts. Over the following years it narrowed its focus to machinery for the electrical panel industry, and copper busbar processing is now its main specialty.

In a switchboard, busbars are the thick copper bars that carry current between components. They have to be cut to length, punched with bolt holes and bent to shape, which is slow and inconsistent by hand. Doğaner's busbar machines handle cutting, punching and bending, letting panel builders produce busbars faster and more accurately in-house.

The range also covers the smaller jobs in panel building. DIN rail cutters and punches prepare the mounting rails that hold breakers and terminals.
