Full Description
Özgenç Makina has built window and door fabrication machinery in Bursa, Turkey, for more than 40 years. It has supplied more than 5,000 machines to over 1,000 customers in 86 countries, and makes its equipment to ISO 9001 with CE marking.
Most of the range serves PVC window makers. Cutting starts with OMRM saws, ranging from manual and single-head models to double-head saws and a digital bead saw for glazing strips. Frames are then welded and their corners cleaned, either on separate machines or on the TURBOWELD 400, which does both automatically in one line. Screwing, milling and hardware fitting machines complete the process.
For aluminium windows, doors and façades, Özgenç makes copy routers for lock and handle slots, end milling machines for profile joints, corner crimping machines for assembling frames, and profile cutting machines and machining centres. It also offers systems for interior wooden door production.
The company has an in-house engineering department and offers turnkey projects that take a new plant from layout and machine selection through to the start of production, backed by technical service and spare parts.
