About Filo Metal

Filo Metal was founded in 2011 in Karaman, in south-central Turkey, to build roll forming machines. It designs and makes its machines in its own factory and exports them to more than 30 countries. The company aims to keep improving its machines and build products that suit each customer’s needs.

Drywall systems are its main field. Filo Metal builds production lines for the metal studs, tracks and channels used with gypsum board. Its Filo Steel Double makes two profiles and its Filo Steel Quatro makes four. It also builds lines for perforated corner beads, plaster profiles, light steel framing profiles, M profiles, and drywall accessory machines. For suspended ceilings, it builds lines for 30 x 30 clip-in metal ceiling panels and honeycomb ceilings, as well as a machine that laminates 60 x 60 gypsum ceiling tiles with PVC film.

Beyond drywall, Filo Metal builds solar profile lines for solar power plant mounting structures, header sheet machines for vacuum-tube solar water heaters, trapezoidal sheet lines, and PVC support sheet lines. It also makes slitting and cut-to-length lines and expanded metal machines.
