About Forming Line

Forming Line is a sheet metal machine builder in Başiskele, on the Gulf of İzmit in Kocaeli province, east of Istanbul. It has long experience in coil processing and designs and builds machines and complete production lines to the capacity each customer needs, including large projects on short timescales.

Coil handling and press feeding are at the core of the range. Mechanical decoilers run from 750 to 4,000 kg, including double-head models and decoiler-straightener combinations, and hydraulic decoilers run from 6 to 30 tonnes. There are levelling machines and servo feeders, with or without a cabinet. Straightener servo feeders come with 9, 12 or 13 rolls. Compact press feeding lines handle coil up to 600, 1,300 or 1,600 mm wide.

For coil processing, Forming Line builds slitting lines up to 2,000 mm, cut-to-length lines up to 2,000 mm, combined slitting and cut-to-length lines, coil brushing lines and perforated metal lines. Its roll forming lines cover an unusually long list of products.
