The ICARUS range of light steel framing machines forms studs, tracks, truss members and joists from coil. The IC-1000SA handles steel up to 1.2 mm and the IC-2500SA up to 1.6 mm, for roof trusses, wall panels and lattice joists. The IC-3000 and IC-5000 Series handle steel up to 2.5 mm and add intermediate floor joists, for multi-storey and heavier buildings. A mobile model, the IC-XMobile, is also offered.
UNBAK supplies its own software and systems with the machines. These include FramerExpert 4, the SABS anti-blocking sheet system, the UNBAK ALLIN1 Eco and Punch to Light. The machines also work with leading framing design software. Operators are trained at the factory before delivery.
