About Roll Form Line
Roll Form Line is a brand of Coilmak, a Turkish maker of roll forming lines and die sets based in Istanbul. Coilmak designs each machine around the customer’s product and supplies complete turnkey production lines as well as single machines. It has supplied more than 150 roll forming machines to customers around the world.
The roll forming range covers six main groups. Cable tray lines make cable trays, trunking and cable ladders. Shelf lines make supermarket shelving, steel racking and storage shelves. Road barrier lines make highway guardrails and traffic barrier profiles. Scaffolding lines make scaffold boards and scaffold tube profiles. Roof tile lines make metal roof tiles, trapezoidal sheet and roof panel systems. Profile lines make L, C, U, Z, sigma and omega sections.
To complete each line, Coilmak builds the coil handling equipment around the roll former. This includes mechanical and hydraulic decoilers, servo feeders and straightening machines, plus cut-to-length and coil slitting lines.
