Hangzhou Zhongyuan Machinery Factory has designed and built automatic roll forming equipment since 2003. It's based in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, and its R&D team is led by senior engineers with more than 20 years' experience in the industry.

A key strength is that Zhongyuan makes its own tooling. Its in-house tooling workshop has CNC lathes, roller shaft grinders and heavy planing machines, backed by a measurement lab. Making rollers and shafts in-house gives it direct control over forming accuracy, one of the biggest factors in how well a roll former performs.
