A complete continuous rock wool line includes a hydraulic decoiler, film applicator and cutter, roll formers for the steel faces, steel preheating, a rock wool feeding system, high-pressure foaming, side sealing, a double belt press, an automatic tracking band saw, and stacking and packing machines. Discontinuous lines, in 2+2 or 3+3 press configurations, make panels in batches and suit specialized panels and lower-volume production.
