About Shanghai SIHUA Precision Machinery

Shanghai SIHUA Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. has designed and built automatic roll forming machines since 2012. Its office and research department are in Qingpu District, Shanghai, and its factory is in Rugao, Nantong, Jiangsu Province. The company can build about 300 machines a year and became a Chinese national high-tech enterprise in 2022.

High-speed lines are SIHUA's speciality. It developed flying shear systems that cut profiles without stopping the line, and since 2019 its servo-driven stud lines have reached 120 m/min, with automatic packing machines that bundle finished studs at the end of the line. Its rollers are designed with DATA M COPRA software, supported by a German roller design team and an Italian control systems centre.
