About Hangzhou Zhongyuan Machinery

Hangzhou Zhongyuan Machinery Factory has designed and built cold roll forming machines in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, in Zhejiang Province, China, since 2003. It is ISO certified and makes most parts in-house, from the frame to the rolls. Its tooling shop has CNC lathes, a roll shaft grinding machine and a heavy planing machine. It has exported machines to about 30 countries, including the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Australia, India, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Nigeria, Egypt, Turkey and Hungary.

The range covers roofing and building profiles. For roofs and walls, Zhongyuan builds trapezoidal roof panel machines such as the YX28-200-1000 and YX35-250-1000, the YX25-184-1104 step tile machine, double-layer machines such as the YX24-200-1000 and YX32-150-900, the ZYYX1110 liner panel machine and the KR18 standing seam machine. For structures, it builds floor deck machines, including the YX154-360 for steel up to 4 mm, as well as C, Z and U purlin machines and guardrail machines. It also builds machines for rack shelves, beams and uprights, fence profiles, gutters, downspouts, roller shutters and door panels. For coil preparation, it supplies decoilers, slitting lines and cut-to-length lines.

Zhongyuan builds each machine to the customer’s profile drawing, material, output and level of automation. The process starts with mechanical design, followed by roll tooling, frame making, assembly and electrical setup, then trial production. Customers can inspect the machine before it ships, and they can visit the factory and its showroom.
