Shijiazhuang Zhongtai Pipe Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province. Hebei is one of China's biggest steel-producing regions, and Zhongtai builds machinery that serves that supply chain: equipment for handling steel coil, turning it into strip, and forming and welding it into pipe.

For coil handling, Zhongtai makes coil grabbers, lifters and tongs.
