Bigpower suits buyers who need a roll forming machine built to a specific profile rather than picked from a catalogue. That includes building-products makers with their own panel or section designs, and manufacturers producing a non-standard shape. Because it designs roll tooling in COPRA, the German software widely used for roll forming design, it's a solid choice for complex or tight-tolerance profiles. It also suits overseas buyers, especially first-time importers, who want a full turnkey package that runs from design through to installation and commissioning at their own plant.

Full Description
Shanghai Bigpower Industry was founded in 2000 and has spent more than two decades building cold roll forming machines. The company is registered in Shanghai's Fengxian District, but its manufacturing takes place at a factory in Wuxi, Jiangsu, about two hours west of the city. Buyers planning a factory visit or inspection should head to Wuxi, not the Shanghai office.
Custom work is central to how Bigpower operates. Rather than selling a fixed catalogue, it builds roll forming machines to each customer's profile. Its 20 engineers handle design, costing, testing and installation, working in AutoCAD, CAM software and COPRA, a German roll forming design package. Using COPRA means roller designs can be simulated before tooling is made, which reduces trial and error during commissioning.
In 2005 Bigpower added ERW welded pipe mills to its range, and it now also builds coil slitting and cut-to-length lines. These are produced in two large workshops covering 15,000 m², with a workforce of about 100. Each machine is inspected before shipment to confirm it performs to specification.
Bigpower has exported to more than 50 countries across North and South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and North Africa. It offers full turnkey support for overseas projects, and its team stays involved through installation and commissioning until the line is running properly at the customer's site.
