About Xiamen Sipu Mechanical

Xiamen Sipu Mechanical Co., Ltd. has made precision coil winding machines in Xiamen, on the south-east coast of China, since 2014. It sells under the SIPU brand and runs a 3,400 m² production base. Its machines wind the copper wire coils used in electrical parts such as transformers, inductors, sensors and electric motors.

The range runs from standalone winding machines to fully automatic coil production lines. Alongside its coil and motor winding machines, SIPU builds the machines that finish a coil, including taping machines that wrap coils, pin inserting machines and soldering machines. This allows a manufacturer to automate several steps of coil production with one supplier.

SIPU also designs custom non-standard automation equipment and makes its own winding nozzles, accessories, tooling, jigs and fixtures. Its focus is helping coil makers cut labour costs, keep product quality consistent and raise output.
