About Yingkou Bohai Machinery

Yingkou Bohai Machinery Equipment Manufacture Co., Ltd. was founded in 2000 in Yingkou, a port city in Liaoning Province, north-east China. It started in a 500 m² workshop with second-hand equipment. Over its first ten years it built its own offices and workshops and replaced its old equipment with CNC machine tools. Today it has a 15,000 m² site and more than 100 staff, including 10 senior technicians.

Bohai is unusual in combining two specialities. The first is steel drum production lines, which make 200-litre (55-gallon) steel drums from coil, including the presses and moulds for drum lids and fittings. The second is arch building machines. The BH-240 and BH-120 K-span arch sheet machines and the screw-joint arch roofing machine roll and curve steel sheets into self-supporting arch roofs, so a complete building can be formed on site without a frame. Bohai also makes the SM-40 spiral steel silo forming machine.

Alongside these, Bohai makes standard roll forming machines for IBR, corrugated, glazed tile, double-layer and flat roof sheets, unlimited-length ridge caps, steel deck, C/Z/U/M purlins, light steel keels, highway guardrails, U gutters and roller shutter doors, plus sheet curving machines and pipe making machines.
